"We contacted Jess to help us work through the rebuilding of our free standing 100-year-old house in the inner west. We really didn’t have a firm concept at the start. Jess helped us evaluate a number of options & was very patient until we came up with our preferred option.
It turned out to be a very complex build, pretty much a full house rebuild. Jess was there every step of the way to draw up option, advise of potential pitfalls and assist us through the planning & build processes.
