Jessica Matson launched JMA in 1999 in Adelaide, South Australia. After relocating to Sydney in 2000 Jessica worked with Hill Thalis, Bligh Voller Nield and Marchese & Partners, gaining experience on diverse projects from arts and hospitality through to high density residential projects. In 2005 she started to focus on her own practice.

Jessica’s focus in design is helping clients create beautiful, practical and affordable home environments with a focus on minimisation of energy and water consumption. She specialises in home design for compact inner-city sites but also has extensive experience working on larger lots. Jessica has an excellent track record of working with Sydney local councils, as well as NSW Planning fast track Complying Development approval pathway.
