Set on a windswept hill in North Bondi this new duplex was commissioned to replace two existing art deco flats. The new apartments provide modern accommodation for two families and taking advantage of sweeping coastal views. The brief stipulated that the structure be low maintenance and respond to the environmental conditions of this beachside suburb. Builder: CLC Constructions
